I'm having a lot of fun with Project 365. I'm hoping to save up for a "big girl" camera and start taking better pictures. My ancient Nikon point & shoot has been good to me, but it's been on its last legs for quite some time.
Anyway, Project 365 has been a great way for me to document my days, especially when I wasn't working. This is my self-portrait for today, taken bright and early this morning. It was my first official day at the new job, and I was being a very good girl, eating a sensible breakfast.
Work is good so far...I've learned my lesson about being overly enthusiastic about a workplace before the "honeymoon period" wears off, so I'm just trying to take everything in and not be too excited at this point.
I am SUPER excited to be working with a good friend of mine again though. We've kind of lost touch over the past few years, and today we just keep looking at each other saying, "it is SO GREAT to see you and be working together again!" Bonus: she's a knitter. Extra bonus: there are even more knitters in the office. A knitter-rich environment has to be a great place to work, right??!

Soooo...is that the girl that you taught to knit back at the job before the last?

Congrats on the new job, and yes, a knitter-rich environment is always a good place to be.
