I finished the Jackson Scarf. Told ya.
This knit is one of those things that I knew I loved from the moment I decided to knit it....and then when I finished, I looked at it and went "I MADE that??? Wow. That is GORGEOUS."
Yeah. I'm pretty much in love with this scarf.
Specs, in case you weren't paying attention the first eleventy three times I babbled about this thing of beauty:
Pattern: Chevron Scarf from Last Minute Knitted Gifts
Yarn: Glacier, by the incomparable Cider Moon, in June Carter and Johnny Cash
Needles: Knitpicks Circs, US size 6
I don't care that it is 90 degrees with 60% humidity. I want to wear this all day, every day.
The other thing making me happy right now? Remember that webcam I posted about yesterday? My sister just called me and said "Go to the computer and go look at the cam!"
I did, and this is what I saw.
Love them so much.

You have me itching to get back to my Chevron!! What an absolutely gorgeous one you've made . . and I love that it's June Carter and Johnny Cash! Congrats on the FO.

That's just beautiful -- I LOVE it! This makes me want to run right out and buy yarn for this scarf (not like I don't have 87,000 things in the queue already...)

Hi! I just discovered your blog through the Cider Moon website and I love love love your chevron scarf! Did you use 1 skein of each color or did you have to use 2? Just curious as I am thinking about starting my own scarf (and maybe finish it by Christmas...or next summer...) Thanks so much for your help!
